Gaining the Weight....

Not what you think! Yesterday I started my strength training...I'm not so savvy when it comes to weights and what exercises work what muscles. I dont want to be "buff" just tone some areas up. I decided to do 4 days of strength training and to alternate from arms/back to legs/abs. Anyways, this was a short blog, I'll update later in the week with the progress...does anyone have any suggestions???

  2. Someone recently suggested some sculpting/strength training dvds. I don't have the confidence at the moment to venture over the the weights side of the gym - but I hope to soon! I realize I need more than JUST cardio to make this work.

    Keep us posted on what you're doing! This is definitely a great idea!!
